Terms and conditions

LevelUP Digital – Jan-Phillip Hentschel
Status: June 2025

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between LevelUP Digital (Jan-Phillip Hentschel, Friesenstraße 24, 15712 Königs Wusterhausen, Germany) and its commercial clients (B2B) in connection with digital services, particularly in the areas of creator management and content services for platforms such as OnlyFans.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded on an individual basis after a prospective client submits an inquiry (e.g., via our form or by email) and we respond with a specific offer. A binding agreement is only formed once the customer explicitly accepts this offer.

3. Services

Our services are customized and agreed upon individually with the client. There are no fixed delivery deadlines or standardized service packages. The specific scope of services is determined on a per-project basis.

4. Duties of Cooperation

The client is obligated to provide all necessary information, materials, and access credentials in a timely manner. Delays or quality issues resulting from missing cooperation are not our responsibility.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

All prices are stated net, plus applicable VAT (if applicable). Billing is done via invoice after service delivery. The invoice amount is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

6. Complaints & Claims

Complaints must be submitted via email to info@juicytapes.com. We will review the matter internally and provide feedback promptly. A refund is only granted in cases of demonstrably faulty or non-contractual performance.

7. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), and even then limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Any further liability—particularly for indirect damages or lost profits—is excluded.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Berlin.
Amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing.
